This Colorado CPA firm originally dates back to the mid-80’s. Dale Kruger joined the firm in 1991 and Melissa Clary in 1999. They currently own and operate the Fort Collins based business together.

Dale A. Kruger, CPA
Dale graduated from Michigan Technological University in 1981 with a Bachelor?s degree in Engineering. He gained his tax knowledge by working for a national firm until he started his own tax practice in 1986. In 1991, he sold his tax practice and joined the present organization. Dale specializes in all types of tax preparation and planning, and he provides consulting for individuals, businesses, estates and trusts. He also has extensive experience communicating with taxing authorities to resolve problems for clients.

Melissa A. Clary, CPA
Melissa graduated from Colorado State University in 1996 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and has been a CPA since 2000. She specializes in QuickBooks consulting, small business consulting and accounting, and tax preparation of all types. Melissa currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Canyon Concert Ballet as the treasurer.

Laurie Chronopoulos, CPA
Laurie graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She has worked in public and private accounting and specializes in individual and business tax preparation. Laurie has extensive knowledge with QuickBooks and enjoys working with business clients to help them with their accounting. She has been with the firm since 2006.

Vicki Hamilton
Vicki graduated from the University of California-Davis, California State College at Hayward and in 1996 received a B.S. from Colorado State University in mathematics. She has taken several accounting classes at Regis University. She has been employed in tax preparation and accounting for about 10 years. She is currently employed at Kruger & Clary for seasonal tax work, and specialized in individual tax preparation.

Cindy Boehmer
Cindy has been a business owner in Larimer County for almost 30 years with her husband, Lon. Her role in their business has been office manager and accountant. Cindy has been a client of Kruger & Clary?s for years, and since family life has become less demanding she decided to join the team as Administrative Assistant. Accounting has always been a love of Cindy?s and she looks forward to applying her years of experience to help our office staff and the clients. Rhonda graduated from Alexandria Technical College in Alexandria, Minnesota with an Applied Science Degree in Accounting. She has five years of experience in individual tax preparation, experience in QuickBooks and a master in Excel. She has joined the firm December 2007.
